Biscoff Cookie Dough Milkshakes

Did you know that it’s National Ice Cream Month?

This is like the best month ever, that’s what I’ve decided.

I mean, an entire month dedicated to ice cream?  Who’s going to argue with that?

And since I’m on a Biscoff roll this week, I decided to plop some into my ice cream.  Cookie dough ice cream, to be exact.

And like my lemon crinkle cookies, this milkshake has less than a handful of ingredients, and is the perfect solution to this horrendous summer heat we’ve been experiencing.

Need some other great ice cream recipes to help cool down this summer?  I’ve got you covered.  Check some of these out:

Carrot Cake Ice Cream from Kitchen Meets Girl
{Guilt-Free} Snickerdoodle Ice Cream from The Domestic Rebel
Piña Colada Sorbet from Fearless Homemaker
Banana Cream Pie Ice Cream {without a machine} from Crazy for Crust
Marshmallow Kit Kat Ice Cream from Inside BruCrew Life
Nutter Butter S’mores Ice Cream from Something Swanky

    • Oh Dorothy, what a nice compliment on the photos–thank you! Nope, no lightbox. I get really nice southwest exposure in my dining room this time of year, so I just try to work my photo shoots in during times when I can take advantage of the natural light. Not sure what I’m going to do this winter/fall, though! I’m already kind of panicking about it. ;-)

  3. Girl, I just bought a new jar of Biscoff…between the cheese ball and milkshakes, I’m wishing I had gotten two:-) Love this!! We are totally on the same wavelength today with milkshakes!!! Thank you so much for the fun shout out for my ice cream!!! Totally made my day:-)

  4. Uuuummmm, what just happened? Because I’m pretty sure you put Biscoff and cookie dough ice cream into a milkshake and just became the coolest woman EVER. I don’t even know how Doodle’s head doesn’t explode from “my mom is awesome” overload. Mine would! You and Jocelyn had the right idea in posting milkshakes on the same day! And thankfully, I had the right hunch this morning when I picked up some cookie dough ice cream at the store. As if I KNEW some awesome recipe featuring it would come my way :) also, thanks for the feature!!
