Shelby – Biscoff is a peanut butter like spread that is made with buttery, brown sugar and spice-flavored cookies. You may find it in your grocery store next to the peanut butters. Trader’s Joes also has a version (Speculoos Cookie Butter) if you have one near you (I don’t). 🙁

I’ve been making the regular chocolate version of the saltine toffee after being introduced to it by my college roommate many years ago. I seriously LOVE that stuff!! I’ll have to find the PB version, and this one sounds AMAZING!! I’ll be adding this to my Christmas candy list for sure!!
Looks incredible Ashley! I love the addition of biscoff – genius! Pinned and sharing on FB on Thursday…when we’ll be freezing cold in Minnesota together 🙂
Love that you mixed it up with Biscoff and White Chocolate what a great combo for christmas crack!! Elizabeth @ Confessions of a Baking Queen recently posted..Pecan Laceys
What kind of white chocolate chips did you use? I used Nestle, and they would not melt to a spreading consistency, even after putting them in the oven a little longer.
I’m having the same problem! I bought enough supplies for 8 batches, and the Nestle white chocolate chips are not melting well. It tastes good though, but doesn’t look good enough to give as gifts.
Ack! I have yet to make candy crack this year. MUST MAKE IT. With biscoff? Genius!

If you are unable to find Biscoff near you, it’s easy to make. Probably a google search would give you the info..

So happy you made it Ashley! I have to try it with biscoff soon. I’m not surprised you loved the peanut butter version so much last year!
Sally, your peanut butter version was a-MA-zing! Seriously, the hit of our Christmas Eve dessert table last year!
Can I buy this in Canada and if not what else can. I substitute for it?
Isabel, if Biscoff is unavailable in Canada, you may either just omit it or use peanut butter instead.

These are terrific! Hard to believe a saltine cracker is involved.
I just found Biscoff on clearance at CVS for $2.50! Can’t wait to try this! 🙂
Could you use Nutella instead of Biscoff? I may be guilty of a Nutella addiction…
Absolutely!
Can this be made ahead and frozen? It sounds delicious!!
dont suggest using Ghirardelli white chocolate!! It doesn’t melt well, made a mess! ;(
