Funfetti Granola Bars
- 2 cups dry oats
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup funfetti cake mix (just the dry mix!)
- extra sprinkles, if desired - I used about 2 tablespoons
- Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8x8 pan with foil or parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine oats, cake mix, honey, agave and coconut oil in a medium bowl. Stir to combine, and then gently stir in sprinkles, if using.
- Lightly press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container up to 3 days. Keep refrigerated for firmer bars.
