- 2 cups Rice Krispy cereal
- 16 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 16 ounces white chocolate
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- crushed peppermints
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your bittersweet chocolate. Stir in your cereal, then spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Next, melt your white chocolate. Stir in peppermint extract. Pour over chocolate-covered cereal.
- Top with crushed peppermints.
