Thin Mint Protein Shake
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- ⅛ teaspoon mint extract
- ½ cup water
- ice cubes - I like my shakes thick, so I use 10-12; adjust to your preference
- Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
