This is a great recipe Ashley! I love the gouda in it. And I could live on potatoes, really! Dorothy @ Crazy for Crust recently posted..5 Tips for Blogging Business cards
There really is nothing better than throwing things in a crock pot, going to bed and breakfast is waiting for you when you wake up! It’s like having you own personal chef. The inventor of the crock pot is a genius! This recipe is great!! Meghan @ The Tasty Fork recently posted..Southwestern Steak & Quinoa Salad
Gouda and potatoes for breakfast?! Hell yeah! This sounds amazing 🙂 And I love it on an english muffin Elizabeth @ Confessions of a Baking Queen recently posted..Pudding Banana Bread

I love my slow cooker and it’s definitely my life saver when it comes to busy schedules. This gorgeous looking Ham, Gouda and Potato Bake is from the crock pot??? Wow, I can’t wait to give this a try. I love ham and gouda cheese. I know my family would love this for sure.
This sounds tasty Ashley! Love that you used the crock pot – nice! My favorite quick weekend breakfast would have to be cereal. I don’t eat it during the week so when the weekend comes I love to eat it (the sugary kind, of course!). If I have time I like to make an overnight oatmeal bake or Cinnamon Buns 🙂 Liz recently posted..Vanilla Pudding Sugar Cookies

Yep, for sure making this too. Working at a cheese shop every day is TORTURE because I get to sample all the cheese.. and sample up a couple bigger sizes in pants subsequently. *sigh* Gouda is actually one of my favorite cheeses.. so smokey and nutty and totally delicious. I love that this is A) a crockpot meal — totally genius; B) stuffed with potatoes and cheese–YUM; and C) can be served on English muffins or in tortillas. SO perfect, Ashley! I don’t understand the timing on this. I can’t cook it overnight cause I sleep for 9 hours and don’t want to have to wake up two hours into my sleep to turn the crock pot on. Yet if I make it when I wake up it’s not ready till afternoon. Am I missing something here?
I love making breakfast on the weekend and this looks so good! And easy! Your pics are amazing! You are the BEST.
This looks great!

I’m a single person & since this makes so much, can it be frozen after cooking? Thanks.
I want to try this but I’m out of Gouda. Can I use a different cheese or wait until I go to the store next week?
Sure, any cheese will work.
