Huge Announcement – My Cookbook is Available!
You guys. I cannot believe I’m even typing this right now. My cookbook: Kitchen Meets Girl: 30 Easy Meals for Reluctant Cooks – IS ON SALE NOW!!
My cookbook is available for pre-order right now, with a release date of October 13. That’s just next week! Holy moly, I can’t believe in just a few days some of you might have my book in your hands.
You might have noticed the blog has been pretty quiet these last few months. That’s because I’ve been busy working on this cookbook for you! If you didn’t know, dear readers, in addition to the blog – I’m a full-time working mom and wife, so putting together a cookbook was a real labor of love.
You can buy my cookbook here:
I wanted to create a book that makes it easy for families to gather around the table at dinnertime, rather than spending time figuring out what to prepare. That’s why I did all the menu-planning for you. For each entreé, you’ll also find sides and desserts, so you don’t have to plan anything. And all of these recipes are fast and budget friendly!
These Best-Ever Fajitas are probably one of my favorite recipes in the book. Super easy, quick and always a crowd pleaser.
This Deep Dish Enchilada Pie was a staple in my home growing up, and I’m so excited to share it with you!
We love this Baked Chicken Parmesan. It’s easy enough to make on a weeknight, but fancy enough to serve for company.
And I couldn’t write a cookbook without including at least a few desserts, like these Individual No-Bake Cherry Cheesecakes.
Try These Tasty Meals!
Some of the meals you can look forward to trying in my book include:
- Beef and Cheese Enchiladas with Tri-Color Pepper Salad
- Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Classic Coleslaw and Apple-Blackberry Crisp
- 30-Minute Italian Chili with Parmesan-Basil Garlic Knots and No-Bake cherry Cheesecake
- Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs with Italian Salad and Artichoke Bruschetta Dip
If you order, be sure to let me know so I can thank you! I couldn’t have done any of this without you! ♥
DON’T MISS A MEAL! RECIPES RIGHT TO YOUR INBOX!
Interestingly enough, I didn’t grow up with an interest in cooking. In fact, I informed my mother on multiple occasions that I was not getting an advanced education so I could spend my evenings preparing meals.
