pretty! and i love the addition of the blueberry glaze – that definitely elevates these above the typical lemon poppyseed muffin. yum! amy @ fearless homemaker recently posted..chocolate chip cookie cake
That glaze looks to-die for. So purple and gorge! Don’t blame Tall Boy for swiping some on the side 🙂 and don’t you love finding hidden treasures like that?! I always have these awesome dreams that I open my closet and look in the magical “way back” and find things I’ve had for ages, or dreams I’ll open pantries and see fun stuff… but dammit, I always wake up and it’s never there 🙁 at least your was a reality and you got this awesome baby bundt pan out of it–I love the designs it has! Seriously, awesome pictures, too–the shots are all beautiful but I am LOVING the one right before the recipe. Perfect!! Hayley recently posted..Peanut Butter Crunch Bugle Mix
These are beautiful! The blueberry glaze sounds fantastic and like a perfect complement to the lemon! Jessica@AKitchenAddiction recently posted..Toasted Coconut Pecan White Chip Muffins
I’d join you with the margarita. And these are gorgeous – I love when I find a fun pan that’s been hidden from me, something that happens regularly with us bloggers as we have so much crap! Love these muffins, they sound SO good! Dorothy @ Crazy for Crust recently posted..Blueberry Pie Fudge

These are stunning! I can’t wait to try out the recipe! But I think I’m going to have to find a mini bundt pan because after seeing these, making them in a regular muffin tin would be disappointing 😉
These turned out fantastic! The cake was so moist and perfectly balanced in flavor. I had to use a little greek yogurt because I didn’t have enough regular yogurt (2/3 cup regular, 1/3 cup greek). They still turned out absolutely delicious, moist, and rich!
However, I think I had some problem with the glaze. It turned out very, very, very sweet for a glaze. I didn’t taste much blueberry in it, even though I used almost 1/2 cup of blueberries. I could have very well not strained enough juice and/or pulp. Any suggestions?
Overall I am still very much thrilled. By the way, how did you make those designs on the top of the muffins? They’re gorgeous!
Love the glaze on this!

Wow awesome idea to mix it up and have a blueberry glaze over lemon poppy seed muffins! Where did you get that rose mold?
