I can’t take this anymore! I must have some chocolate & minty goodness. It looks so perfect.. so refreshing.. so petite and cute and I love that it’s a brownie crust because that makes cookie crusts look so passe.
I hope you saved me one!

PINNED IT!
How funny, I was feeling the same way about cooking. I wouldn’t mind making dinner, if I didn’t have to do it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!! I recently made rainbow cake in jars. They looked super cute, and the little ones were extremely impressed, which is basically all I was going for! I absolutely adore the mint-and-chocolate flavor combination, which means I have to make this recipe! The new problem I have is finding time to make all the recipes I’ve been pinning! (Cute blog, by the way. I’ll be back!)
You had me at brownie crust…then you said it was studded with mint chips!!! Big time bonus!!! I love these cute frozen pies in the jars. Thank you so much for sharing on Trick or Treat Tuesday!!!
Oh, my! I’m sorry I didn’t get to have this. It looks fabulous!
cute! + it would actually be a great dessert for st. patrick’s day, since it’s green + all. =)
Hee, you’re right! I guess I’d better eat, umm, *make* some again! =)

Thanks so much, Angie! Desserts in jars are new for me, too; but I think I kinda like ’em! =)
