1 capsule VertuoLine Altisso espresso (or 1.35 ounces of your favorite espresso or strong coffee)
3 ounces coconut water
2 ounces coconut milk
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
whipped cream and chocolate syrup, for serving
Method
Combine coconut water, coconut milk, and chocolate syrup into a large cocktail shaker. Stir to combine and dissolve the chocolate syrup. Add ice cubes (I froze leftover coffee into cubes) and shake to chill. Pour into a large glass
Brew 1 capsule of VertuoLine Altissio espresso over the chocolate-coconut mixture.
Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate syrup, if desired.
