Coconut Mocha Iced Coffee
  • 1 capsule VertuoLine Altisso espresso (or 1.35 ounces of your favorite espresso or strong coffee)
  • 3 ounces coconut water
  • 2 ounces coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream and chocolate syrup, for serving
  1. Combine coconut water, coconut milk, and chocolate syrup into a large cocktail shaker. Stir to combine and dissolve the chocolate syrup. Add ice cubes (I froze leftover coffee into cubes) and shake to chill. Pour into a large glass
  2. Brew 1 capsule of VertuoLine Altissio espresso over the chocolate-coconut mixture.
  3. Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate syrup, if desired.
