Stir Bisquick mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. While the biscuits are baking, melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in garlic powder and chopped parsley. When biscuits come out of the oven, brush lightly with garlic butter.
