Simple Cherry Cheesecake Pie
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract with a rubber spatula to combine. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill pie for at least 3 hours, or until set. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
