Makes two servings. To make a non-alcoholic version, replace the creme de menthe with chocolate syrup, and use mint-chocolate chip ice cream instead of vanilla!
Ingredients
½ cup creme de menthe liqueur
½ pint fresh raspberries
4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
Reddi-Whip
mini-chocolate chips, if desired
Method
Add a splash of liqueur in the bottom of your glass or bowl. Top with a scoop (or two!) of ice cream, and another splash of liqueur.
Top with Reddi-Whip and mini-chocolate chips.
