Raspberry Creme de Menthe Parfaits
 
 
Makes two servings. To make a non-alcoholic version, replace the creme de menthe with chocolate syrup, and use mint-chocolate chip ice cream instead of vanilla!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup creme de menthe liqueur
  • ½ pint fresh raspberries
  • 4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
  • Reddi-Whip
  • mini-chocolate chips, if desired
Method
  1. Add a splash of liqueur in the bottom of your glass or bowl. Top with a scoop (or two!) of ice cream, and another splash of liqueur.
  2. Top with Reddi-Whip and mini-chocolate chips.
