Key Lime Pie Margarita
- 6 ounces tequila
- 6 ounces sour mix
- 2 ounces triple sec
- 3 tablespoons key lime curd
- juice of ½ a lime
- ice
- whipped cream and graham crackers for garnish, if desired
- In a blender, combine liquids and key lime curd, and pulse to combine.
- Add ice--about three handfuls, or so--and mix until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass rimmed with crushed graham crackers, if desired. Top with whipped cream and extra graham crackers if you want to be extra bad. =)
