Key Lime Pie Margarita
makes one blenderful
  • 6 ounces tequila
  • 6 ounces sour mix
  • 2 ounces triple sec
  • 3 tablespoons key lime curd
  • juice of ½ a lime
  • ice
  • whipped cream and graham crackers for garnish, if desired
  1. In a blender, combine liquids and key lime curd, and pulse to combine.
  2. Add ice--about three handfuls, or so--and mix until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into a glass rimmed with crushed graham crackers, if desired. Top with whipped cream and extra graham crackers if you want to be extra bad. =)
