Midori Colada
- 1 ounce rum
- 2 ounces Midori
- 2 ounces cream of coconut (I actually used some of the frozen pina colada mix I had leftover from this salad
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- ice
- Blend all ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Best served with a straw. =)
