½ cup each: white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips
Method
Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, Biscoff and sugar until creamy. Place mixture on a large sheet of saran-wrap and bring corners up to shape into a ball. Freeze until solid, approximately 1½ hours.
Sprinkle white chips and milk chocolate chips onto a flat plate. Unwrap cheeseball from the saran wrap and roll in the chips, pressly firmly to adhere.
Freeze ball for another 2 hours. Serve with fruit and/or graham crackers.
