Apple Brickle Dip
  • 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 8-ounce bag Heath Bits O'Brickle (found in the baking aisle)
  1. Cream together the cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in toffee pieces.
  2. Serve with slices apples or other fruit for dipping. Store covered in the refrigerator.
