{Lightened Up} White Chocolate Pumpkin Nog
 
 
Ingredients
  • 5 cups light vanilla soy milk
  • 1 small package sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 6 packets sweetener
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract, if desired
Method
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate approximately 2 hours prior to serving, to allow mixture to thicken slightly.
