So Easy Sopapillas
  • 1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry, thawed
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • honey, for drizzling
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. After thawing your pastry sheet, unfold it on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry sheet into 25 (2-inch) squares.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on a silpat lined baking sheet until the pastries are golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, combine cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl. Add your hot pastries in batches to the bowl and coat with the sugar mixture.
  5. Drizzle the pastries with the honey before serving.
