3 tablespoons dark brown sugar (light brown sugar is also fine)
1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons KahlĂșa Pumpkin Spice
Method
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Carefully spoon pumpkin pie filling into shortbread shells, and top with whipped cream.
For the whipped cream:
Beat together cream, powdered sugar and KahlĂșa until peaks form. Dollop cream on top of pies.
