Thin Mint Protein Shake
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • ⅛ teaspoon mint extract
  • ½ cup water
  • ice cubes - I like my shakes thick, so I use 10-12; adjust to your preference
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
