Wake Up Wednesdays

Welcome to Week 5 of Wake Up Wednesdays!  I don’t know what else to say but WOW.

graphic_wuw_700

You guys have been cooking and crafting up some super awesome stuff, and we are thrilled that you’ve stopped by to share it all with us.  While you’re here, I hope you take some time to check out some of the other link-ups, because you guys are a seriously talented bunch.  Another great thing about this party is that it’s hosted by four of us – so when you link up, your projects will be shared on ALL FOUR blogs.

We’re also pinning to our Wake Up Wednesdays Pinterest board, so make sure you’re following along.  Before I get started, make sure you click over and enter to win a KINDLE FIRE HD and a $20 Amazon gift card.  Pretty sweet, huh?
Meghan put together another weekly menu plan for you using last week’s link-ups:

And crock pot recipes were such a popular theme last week that Lisa put together a round-up of 10 Amazing Crock Pot Recipes:

On to your party features!

This week’s most viewed post were these No-Bake Energy Bites from Top Notch Mom.  Who couldn’t use a bit more energy?  And in the form of peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips and oats?  Yes, please!

These Brown Butter Peach Shortbread Parfaits with Maple Cinnamon Whipped Cream from Beyond Frosting also caught my eye. Can you blame me?

Who else loves macaroni and cheese? Check out this Chicken Bacon Ranch version from What’s Cooking Love?

I’ve got a huge weakness for snacky-foods, and muddy buddies top the list. I’m seriously drooling over these Pumpkin Nutella Muddy Buddies from Lemon Tree Dwelling.

I am not crafty in the slightest {oh how I wish I was}…but these Trick or Treat Blocks from I Dig Pinterest are so crazy cute that I may have to overcome my craftiness fears.

Fall means soup weather to me, what about you? This Three Bean and Beef Crock Pot Chili from Joyful Healthful Eats is next on my must-try list!

Hello There!

Interestingly enough, I didn’t grow up with an interest in cooking.  In fact, I informed my mother on multiple occasions that I was not getting an advanced education so I could spend my evenings preparing meals.
