What’s In Your Kitchen Wednesday

What’s In Your Kitchen Wednesday

Holy moly, is it really almost July?  I just realized the fourth is next week (whaaaaaat??), which means Doodle’s birthday is just two weeks away…and I haven’t started planning a single thing.  So, if you have any easy (read: quick to put together) ideas for a karate-themed party, please let me know.

Also, now that t-ball is over for the summer, we’re spending our evenings relaxing at the pool.  I’m looking for fun summer reads I can download to my Nook.  What are you reading now?

Okay, let’s get to the features!

This week’s top viewed post was Peach Cobbler Pancake Squares from Five Heart Home.  I love peaches and I love pancakes, so this makes perfect sense to me.

I’m basically in love with this Chocolate Caramel Tart from The Brunette Baker. Gorgeous, yes??

Strawberry Shortcakes scream summer to me! And now that we’ve officially turned the corner into summer, I think I need these cakes from A Sweet Baker.

We love to BBQ, so I’m digging on these BBQ Spare Ribs from Busy Mom’s Helper – perfect for the 4th!

We’re also huge breakfast casserole lovers, and my kiddo will eat just about anything if it’s smothered in Velveeta {let’s be honest: I will, too}.  This Velveeta Breakfast Casserole from Family Recipes needs to get on my breakfast table, stat.

Thank you all so much for coming back each week to make this party a great success!  I love seeing all of your great creations, and it’s such an awesome way for me to find new blogs to stalk read.

Are you ready to share what you’ve been up to this week?  After sharing, please take a moment to visit some other links–we all love comments!

Okay, either I’m super hungry or ALL of the features are drool-worthy. I’m going w/ the later, or both. First, I think I’ll check out that chocolate/caramel tart- omg. Thanks for hosting – hope you are having a great week. 🙂

This Vintage Cake combines two layers of white cake, with a surprise brownie layer soaked in a decadent chocolate sauce. And the cream cheese frosting takes it right over the top!
