What’s In Your Kitchen Wednesday

What’s In Your Kitchen Wednesday

Hi everyone!  I’m having a great time this week on vacation with my two best guys, so I’m going to get straight to the party.  You don’t mind, right?  Oh, and make sure you pop over to enter the Favorite Things Birthday Present Giveaway.  Who doesn’t need a new Kitchen Aid Mixer, cookbooks, and a $300 Target gift card??

This week’s top viewed post was this Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake from Confessions of a Baking Queen.  Elizabeth, send me a slice of this, mmmmkay?

You know my love of Mexican food…and these Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas from The Salty Kitchen sound fabulous.  You can’t go wrong with ooey, gooey, Mexican food.

How super cute are these Chocolate BaNilla Wafer Bites from Miss CandiQuick?  Plus, they’re small, so I can eat like a dozen of ’em guilt-free, right? 😉

I’m always looking for great crock pot recipes, and I”m simply in love with this Slow Cooker Brown Sugar and Garlic Chicken from Raining Hot Coupons.  This recipe looks super easy, and you probably have all of the ingredients in your kitchen right now.

And since we’re still in the heat of summer, how about this Chocolate Biscuit Cake from The Brunette Baker?  Pssst…it’s no bake!

Thank you all so much for coming back each week to make this party a great success! I love seeing all of your great creations, and it’s such an awesome way for me to find new blogs to stalk read.

Hello There!

Interestingly enough, I didn’t grow up with an interest in cooking.  In fact, I informed my mother on multiple occasions that I was not getting an advanced education so I could spend my evenings preparing meals.
