there are andes mint baking chips in the CRUST!!! What!! Ashley, oh my gosh these are a MUST MAKE. I would be happy with just the crust but that minty filling/topping is calling out my name too. 🙂 So festive! And thank you for linking to my cupcakes! 🙂 sally @ sallys baking addiction recently posted..Chocolate Cupcakes with Mint Chocolate Chip Frosting.
Wow, Ashley, these are amazing! I just love easy no bake treats. And I’m with you, chocolate and mint is right near the top of my favorites list too. I would probably eat the whole batch myself 😉 Stephanie @ Back For Seconds recently posted..Almond Fudge Kiss Cupcakes
When I saw the name for these I knew I would love them! Cream Cheese + Chocolate + Mint= HEAVEN! I absolutely love mint and chocolate and these bars are the epitome of mint and chocolate! Elizabeth @ Confessions of a Baking Queen recently posted..OOC Brownies
I LOOOOVE this rendition on Thin Mints. Because while I enjoy Thin Mints for their simple, minty goodness, I do sometimes find that I wish they had frosting. Because seriously, everything is better with frosting, amirittte? Also, I will be happy to come to your house and finish eating these for you. who needs to buy Girl Scout cookies when you can make bars like these! Yum! I don’t think I’ve even seen them selling cookies this year, not like when we were kids and went door to door. I think the hubby may have bought a box or two but I haven’t seen them, lol. Joan@Chocolate and More recently posted..Lemon Sugar Cookie Bars
